Scribble Software is excited to share MARINAGO Office's NEW features!
New User Landing Page in MARINAGO Office
Users may now configure and define the landing page that will be initially displayed after signing into MARINAGO Office. Users may select one of the following landing pages.
Main System Dashboard (previous default landing page)
Visual Property Map
Reservation & Occupancy Calendar
Reservation Data Grid List
Point-of-Sale Dashboard
Service Dashboard (if applicable)
Point-of-Sale Module
SYSTEM CHANGE for Tips: Changed the system behavior in how the Point-of-Sale module adds Tips when tips are added later in the day.
Service Module
Added the ability for the service module to automatically create "Tasks" and automatically send emails or text messages to users when the status of a work order has changed.
Example: The service module can send emails or texts to selected users when the work order status changes from any status (i.e., estimate, created, in-progress, completed, etc.).
E-signature Contracts
Added the ability to "Re-send" contracts from the customer detail screen.
Added contract expiration date field to the contract report templates.
