Point-of-Sale Module
MAJOR ENHANCEMENT: This release marks the first stage for the new generation of the Point-of-Sale (POS) module. This release enhances the POS module with the following.
Major improvements to the “Edit Configuration” screen in the administrator portal.
Added the ability to define the background and text color for POS “Category” buttons.
Added the ability to select a pre-defined icon for POS “Category” buttons.
Added the ability to upload a user-selected image for POS “Category” buttons.
Added the ability to lay out the POS “Category” buttons to be located at the top or bottom of the POS screen.
Added the ability to sort the POS buttons alphabetically or reverse alphabetically.
Added the ability to re-position the POS buttons by the “drag-and-drop” method.
Improved the credit/debit section totals on the Z-out receipt.
POS button configurations are performed in the “Administrator Role” -> “Settings” -> “POS Settings” -> (select property) -> “Configurations” -> (select and edit appropriate configuration).
Service Module
Improved sections on the work order “public” page viewed by customers.
Added “Work Order History” section the customer detail profile page.
